Reference codes hand-written by operators on the sleeve or the plates are normally used with obvious risks of errors and loss of the history of the order.
The BiesSse TPMM features a supervision system tracing each stage of the process which memorises all information regarding the order, the material and machine used, the operator and any possible problems occurred during the entire process. All data are stored in a SQL (Structured Query Language) database, so that they can be used by the operator later on if needed.
This means that the process can be traced at any time. The system automatically prints the labels showing the details of the operations, once the sleeves are mounted.
Automatic equipment normally incorporates complex devices to protect operators from physical damage.
Such devices inevitably slow operations down and make the process less flexible.
